A sanction appeal challenges a card — yellow, red, or black. It is not the Appeals process for a race verification outcome.
Contact support within 72 hours of the card. If you do not, that window closes.
Moderation decides within 72 hours of your appeal. If there is no decision in that time, the appeal is rejected and the restrictions stay.
You appeal the active card. While the appeal is open, the card stays in force — including the ban, when the card is red or black — and the badge shows under review.
A race you are in does not reach Results out while your appeal is open, or while the 72-hour window to file is still open on a red or black card (Race finalization).
Revoking one card does not cancel the others. Only the points that card took come back.
If a red loses the basis that made it red, that incident stays as a yellow.

Cards: yellow, red, black
Moderation issues yellow, red, and black cards by hand. Yellow is public and stays in rankings; red and black are bans.
