For RUN races, level is the only gate that determines whether you meet published access to register and later publish into a given race, unless a valid wildcard applies.
A wildcard is the only published way to satisfy level availability you do not meet on your profile alone (see Wildcard under Structure of competition and Wildcard conditions in this Part). Wildcard adjusts who may obtain a race entry—not the mechanic or verification rules of the race.
URX may update access rules, level bands per race, and product copy as the league evolves. This Rulebook states the structural rule above; numbers, cutoffs, and UI states are authoritative for any given moment. Always read the race brief and in-product availability before you rely on being able to enter.
There is no separate, static “qualification standard” spelled here beyond level plus wildcard policy: anything else the backend or a race configuration adds (for example future gates) appears when published in the product. Do not assume historic access carries forward if the brief or UI shows something new.

Athlete Status
Exempt state and athlete type (Challenger vs Viber) shape progression and scoring—not who may enter a race. Division does not gate access.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility to compete on URX RUN flows through athlete status and level-based access—this page ties the pieces together without adding hidden gates.
