This document describes refund and return terms for purchases through URX in your country.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to paid products offered through the URX platform at urx.world (the “Service”), together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy where physical goods apply.


1. General

  • Refund eligibility depends on product type (digital access, physical goods, donations), timing, and whether the benefit has been consumed, as described below.
  • Currency and payment method may affect how refunds are processed; banking or card networks may apply their own timelines and fees.
  • This Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country where such laws cannot be waived.

2. Digital products (Race entries, Wildcard, and similar items)

  • Digital products are generally non-refundable once you have accessed the associated benefit (e.g. unlocked a Race or used a slot), consistent with our Terms of Service.
  • Before any benefit is accessed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to verification and payment processor rules. We may refuse where abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms is suspected. EU / UK consumers (where applicable): If you are a consumer and applicable law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you acknowledge that digital content begins immediately after checkout (or after you expressly consent to early performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal). Our checkout or product flow may include this confirmation where required.

3. Physical products (e.g. medals)

  • Physical goods are produced or shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
  • Refunds or replacements for defective or materially incorrect items may be available if you contact us within 30 days of delivery with reasonable evidence.
  • Refunds are generally not available solely due to delayed postal or customs processing outside our control (see Shipping Policy), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

4. Voluntary donations

  • Donations (where offered) are typically non-refundable once processed, because they represent voluntary support rather than purchase of a specific performance obligation. We may make exceptional refunds in case of duplicate charges or proven technical error, at our discretion.

5. Race cancellation or material changes by URX

If we cancel a Race or make a material change that prevents you from participating in a paid digital entry in any meaningful way, we will publish available remedies (which may include refund, credit, or transfer, depending on circumstances). Details may be communicated in-product or by email.

This Policy works together with our Terms of Service regarding modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Races.


6. Region-specific consumer rights

  • This Policy is a global baseline and applies subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Statutory withdrawal rights and other mandatory consumer protections may apply differently by country/region, including for digital content and distance contracts.
  • Where local mandatory law conflicts with this Policy, local mandatory law prevails to the extent of the conflict.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

  • If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide the payment provider with transaction records, fulfillment or participation records, timestamps, and other evidence reasonably necessary to demonstrate delivery or use of the Service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend access to paid features or your account while a dispute is investigated where permitted.
  • Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and recovery of losses where lawful.

8. How to request a refund

Contact contact@urx.world with your order reference, account email, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible.


9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this Policy will change accordingly.
