A wildcard is a pass an athlete purchases to gain access to race availability they would not meet on level or other published gates alone.
Using a wildcard does not rewrite the mechanic or verification rules. It adjusts who may obtain a race entry—not what counts as a valid performance.
Wildcard wording in product copy should describe access, not an unearned competitive advantage in the results table.
Pricing, purchase flow, and fine-grained conditions sit with policy and product configuration; hard eligibility edges (suspension, revocation, etc.) appear under Participation & Eligibility and Verification & Enforcement where applicable.
