This document describes shipping and delivery terms for physical goods available through URX in your country.

Shipping Policy

Effective date: 2026-04-01

This Shipping Policy applies to physical goods (such as medals) offered through the URX platform at urx.world (the “Service”), together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.


1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Dynamic list in checkout/shipping page; sanctioned/restricted territories are not served as indicated at checkout or on the product page. We may decline or cancel orders to certain destinations due to logistics, legal, or sanctions restrictions (see also our Terms of Service regarding restricted jurisdictions).


2. Timing (estimates only)

  • Processing (verification, production, handover to carrier): typically 3-5 business days after the relevant Race ends or the order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery transit: typically 3-21 business days after handover to the carrier, depending on destination region, carrier operations, seasonality, and customs processing (where applicable).
  • Estimated timing may be shown at checkout, on the product page, or in shipping confirmation communications.

All timelines are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Delivery timelines are subject to operational updates and may be revised as shipping/payment partner arrangements evolve.


3. Your address and customs

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for updating it before fulfilment where the product allows.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or delays. Depending on destination rules, you may be responsible for paying these charges and for providing information or documents requested by customs authorities. We do not control customs processing.

4. Carriers, loss, and damage

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier and transit risks may be outside our direct control. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days with description and photos; we will review the claim, coordinate with the carrier where needed, and provide an appropriate resolution (such as replacement or refund) in line with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available, we will provide it through the Service or email when the order ships.


6. Scope

Digital-only products or access are not governed by this Policy.


7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time.
