The race window is the period during which activity for this race may be published and counted toward standings (subject to mechanic rules and verification).
While the race is Live, the leaderboard and live standings reflect provisional order as verified results land. After the window closes, the race moves to Under review while submissions still in the pipeline are processed.
What “inside the window” means in practice (single block vs stages, Endurance Window timing, etc.) is defined by the mechanic and spelled out in the race brief.

Entry Period
Race entry stays open from publication through the end of the live race window—you can enter anytime while the race is Live, with no separate early cutoff.
Submission Phase
The submission phase is when athletes publish compliant activities to the race during the window—publication is gated by mechanic rules.
