Submission Phase

The submission phase is when athletes publish compliant activities to the race during the window—publication is gated by mechanic rules.

During the submission phase (race Live, inside the race window), participants publish activities to the race.

Publication is checked against the mechanic: if an activity does not fit, publishing to this race is blocked at that moment—you can publish a compliant effort or use the same underlying activity in another race where the format fits (see Race mechanics).

Only Verified submissions feed standings; pending work still in automation or manual review does not rewrite final order until the process completes.
