Entry Restrictions

Per-race limits on obtaining a race entry—timing, closure, and configuration—come from the race and lifecycle rules, not from this Rulebook alone.

Entry restrictions are race-level facts: they limit when or whether you can still obtain a race entry even if your level (or wildcard) satisfies availability.

Common patterns on RUN:

  • Entries closed / registration closed—the race no longer accepts new race entries (see Entry under Structure of competition and Entry Period under Race Lifecycle). That state is not the same as Results out.
  • Live window—you may enter while the race remains Live through the race window, subject to published configuration (see Entry Period).

Any further caps (for example field size), invitation-only configuration, or checkout rules ship with the individual race in the product. This Rulebook does not invent per-race policies that are not surfaced there.
