Terms of Service (Global)

Effective date: 2026-04-01

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the URX platform (“URX”) available at urx.world (the “Service”).

The Service is operated by URX WORLD LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You may use the Service worldwide, excluding jurisdictions where separate local terms apply, and excluding use by sanctioned persons or from sanctioned territories as defined under applicable trade sanctions and export control laws, where we are prohibited or choose not to provide the Service. A list of restricted locations may be published and updated from time to time in our Service Availability & Restricted Locations Policy.

Certain features rely on third-party services (payments, hosting, maps, analytics, delivery partners). Those services have separate terms and privacy practices. We make reasonable efforts to work with reliable partners, but we cannot fully control their content, availability, or handling of data, except as required by mandatory law.

We may engage subcontractors and service providers (e.g. hosting, moderation support, logistics, payment processing, AI infrastructure) to operate the Service. They may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and only as needed to perform their functions for us.

2. Description of the Service

URX is an online running platform that enables participation in Races and the use of platform/website functionality.

Without creating a profile, you may browse public sections of the Service. To participate in Races and use participation functionality, you must create a profile.

Current features and participation terms are shown on the website. The Service functionality typically includes, without limitation:

  • Participation in Races and related activities
  • Participation in rankings and result tables
  • Publication of runs and other user content
  • Submission of results by uploading activity screenshots

Service functionality may be available free of charge, while certain additional features are available on a paid basis.

Paid formats and their terms are shown on the relevant Race pages and are processed as one-time purchases. Paid formats may include, for example, Wildcard and participation slots (Entries), including medal slots.

URX does not guarantee competitive or certified results.

URX is designed to support running motivation, foster a positive community, and contribute to the development of the running ecosystem.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law; where consent is required, we obtain it as required.

You agree not to:

  • Submit falsified or manipulated results
  • Misrepresent your performance in any way

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject any submitted result

Any attempt to manipulate results, abuse the system, or gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities

We may, at our sole discretion:

  • Disqualify your results
  • Suspend or permanently ban your account
  • Remove your access to Races or products

We take enforcement actions proportionate to the violation and the circumstances. Where feasible, we will notify you of the action and its basis; however, we may act without prior notice if necessary to prevent harm, fraud, abuse, or to comply with law.
