Rule violations

A Rule Violation in the enforcement sense means behavior covered under Abuse & manipulation policy and related rules: fabricated or recycled proof beyond platform controls, systematic gaming, harassment of reviewers, or other prohibited conduct as published.

It does not mean:

• Publication blocked because the activity fails the race mechanic for that event.
• A single declined submission where the athlete fixes evidence and publishes correctly.
