Verification Phase

When the race window closes, the race enters Under review. Submissions received late in the window or still in manual review continue through verification until each is Verified, rejected, or otherwise closed under policy.

Automated verification and moderators can err. Where policy allows, you may challenge a decision through support—only while the race is not yet Results out. After official standings are published for the race, appeals for that race are closed.

Provisional order on the leaderboard can change while this phase runs: a submission that was pending may become Verified; an open dispute may still be resolved. Nothing is official until Results out.

Submission Phase

The submission phase is when athletes publish compliant activities to the race during the window—publication is gated by mechanic rules.

Provisional Leaderboard

During a live race the leaderboard shows provisional order—real-time competition narrative that remains subject to verification.
