Competition is organized through:

• Races — define the event
• Mechanics — define how performance is evaluated
• Standings — define the outcome

Athletes compete within this structure by submitting performances for verification.
Verified results form standings and shape progression over time.

What gives competition meaning here is consistency:

• the same rules apply to everyone
• outcomes follow from verified performance
• position reflects what has been done, not how it is presented

The system does not add interpretation.
It provides a framework where results can be compared, tracked, and trusted.
