Discipline captures how regularly you publish verified runs relative to a rolling calendar.

Ninety-day window

Discipline is computed on a 90-day rolling basis (Appendix A (A.4)). The clock uses official publication timestamps, not informal training logs (Submission requirements).

What moves the needle

Steady publication rhythm inside the window supports Discipline.
Long gaps or clumping many sessions into a single day when trainings were spread out weakens the signal, because the metric reads conduct through publication choices.

Why it matters

Discipline joins Accuracy and URX Points as part of the progression fabric; extreme irregularity may interact with structural or enforcement policy (Downgrade rules).

Accuracy Metric

Accuracy scores verified pacing consistency using pace stability and coefficient of variation over a rolling window—aligned with internal diagnostics and Appendix A (A.5).

Shield Protection

Five Shields per registration year absorb negative race-outcome hits to progression before the race finishes—never a positive bonus, never after Results out.
