The standard evidence path is a screenshot from a tracking application supported by URX (see Verified Performance in Foundational Principles for breadth and openness of trackers).
A valid capture shows—at minimum—distance, time/duration, pace where relevant, and a visible session date that satisfies the three-calendar-day rule in Submission requirements. Illegible, cropped-out, or off-screen dates slow verification down and invite decline.
When the image does not carry a trustworthy date, fill the tracker field with a direct link to the session in your app. Reviewers and automation can then reconcile the activity with the race without guessing.
Photos, notes, and context you add in publication are supplementary; they do not replace the core proof chain for distance and time.

Submission Requirements
Activities must fall within the three-calendar-day freshness rule; evidence must show date or include a tracker link; one run may be published once only.
AI Verification
Automated checks score screenshots for authenticity, dates, and consistency; outcomes may auto-clear or route to manual review.
