Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility, in Part III, means whether you may participate in competition flows on RUN under published rules—not marketing copy or informal goals.

Practically:

Account standing—including Exempt, Challenger/Viber typing, and any ban—is covered in Athlete Status and Suspension & access revocation (these affect use of the platform and outcome scoring, not the “level is the gate” pattern for race access).
Race access—whether you clear the level requirement or hold a valid wildcard—is covered in Level-Based Access.
Per-race limits—registration timing, entries closed, capacity—are covered in Entry restrictions and Race Lifecycle.

This Part does not list country availability, age rules, or payment conditions; those live in other product surfaces if needed.

Level-Based Access

Level is the only gate to RUN races; wildcard is the only bypass. Admission details live in the race brief and UI and may change.

Entry Restrictions

Per-race limits on obtaining a race entry—timing, closure, and configuration—come from the race and lifecycle rules, not from this Rulebook alone.
