Disqualification removes an athlete or submission from standings for serious breaches: fraud, forged or systematically manipulated proof, repeat abuse of verification, or comparable conduct under Abuse & manipulation policy.
URX does not disqualify someone solely because a run could not be published to a given race on mechanic grounds, or because a submission was declined and fixed—those paths are publication and verification, not DQ.

Penalties
Penalties apply measured consequences short of full DQ; outcomes are logged internally, not published as a public register of sanctions.
Appeals process
Disputed verification outcomes may be raised through support before the race reaches Results out—deadlines align with Race lifecycle and Structural states.
